It was my first time ever shopping at pandora. And i left so happy. My boyfriend got me the tear drop ring and it’s beautfiul

I was very satisfied & extremely happy with my purchase. I preshopped at Pardora online so I already went in knowing what I was looking for & it was even nicer then I hoped for. The sales associate DORY was very nice & very helpful as well as the other sales associates around her who also helped locate some product for me to make my purchase exactly what I was looking for! I will continue to always consider & recommend Pandora for upcoming jewelry needs. Thank you for helping make my daughters 17th birthday gift perfect!!! She loved her floating charm pendant!!!!

The store was very engaging with how everything was displayed. The associate was very sweet and attentive to me. There was such a large selection of goodies it was a bit challenging to decide!

One of my charms broke and the Lakeside Mall location did not do anything, but then I went to the partridge one and they took care of me no problem. They were all very nice and helpful especially the assistant manager. The sales girl Mackenzie was wonderful.

Our salesperson was very patience with showing us in a number of way we could wear a floating locket, Lauren showed us all the new items and made sure we had the new catalog.
