Costumer Assistant was very polite. She assisted me in getting the charm that I was looking for as a push gift. She also informed me that I could mix metals and the name of the gold bracelets, showed me other charms to purchase for mother's day gifts.

My sales representative Melanie Scally was very knowledgeable . She took extra time and showed me lots of different options and couldn’t have been more friendly. The store location had been changed and it was a Definite improvement.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the store was very clean, I didn't have to wait long for a sales associate, she was very knowledgeable of the products I purchased, and most important she was really friendly!!

The staff at this location are phenomenal! I feel as though I am visiting with friends. A very warm and inviting atmosphere. Marissa is the BEST, she knows what I like and is extremely patient with me.

Dori was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I indicated what I was looking for, she made a few suggestions, and I loved everyone of the items she selected. I purchased the items for my daughters. Great customer service is diminishing in some stores, but Dori provided great customer service.
