I believe it was the supervisor recognized me instantly from my purchase earlier. She grabbed Cynthia to assist me as she was already servicing a customer. Cynthia was very thorough and made my exchange a friendly breeze. She was even able to fit me in so I could get my bracelets cleaned in record time so I would not miss the beginning of my movie. She was a delight to work with and a true meaning of superb customer service. Thanks Cynthia! :-)
