Sale associate was very helpful, I was indecisive about which bracelet to purchase and she gave me her opinion. Also she gave me options by allowing me to try on the bracelet to make sure it was a good fit. I explain to her it was a gift for my sister, so trying it on was helpful for me. Great customer service!

I received a charm for Christmas that my husband had already gotten me and I couldn’t exchange it right away due to a hospital stay. I had no problem exchanging the charm. The sales girl was so wonderful I not only did the exchange but also spent another $350.00.
