I have 3 bracelets now and 12 charms on each one plus a ring, I am a huge fan. I have 20 dangling charms as well but don't wear them cuz I already had to have 3 replaced.

I was returning a Christmas gift. I wasn't sure what I wanted and just wanted to browse. The sales associate was patient but let me know he was available whenever I was ready. Once I had questions, he was knowledgeable and helpful. He was enthusiastic about my choice making me feeling good about it. I also appreciated that he made me feel, not like a return, buy a "normal" customer.

THE SALESPERSON WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE MAKING OUR EXPERIENCE ENJOYABLE AND EASY. THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION DID NOT TAKE LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES. I WILL DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO MY FRIENDS

The salespersons were friendly and knew their merchandise. They were also willing to share how to put the charms together for various appearances.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I did exchange a Necklace that was to long on me, so I was unsure what I wanted and the associate was very patient and helpful. She showed me a bunch of different options that I wouldn’t of thought to put together :) It was a great experience.
