The Service was great

The sales associate was extremely helpful. She had all of the ring sizes laid out for me to mix and match to try and find the perfect fit. The method of transaction on the iPad was also smooth and effortless.

The service rep was ready to assist me. Looked for the item that I was looking for without a problem. She was very helpful and cheerful at all times.

I was most impressed with the sales associates Suzanne's promptness to attend to me. Suzanne made the selection process seamless; described to her the item I wanted and she located right away. The displays and the store was beautiful and organized and I will be visiting again.

I liked that we were able to be helped within 2 minutes of entering the store. My mother and I were greeted and taken by one associate however there was a downfall because my mother and I were interested in different products and the associate couldn't help both of us at the same time. So as a result she tended to my mother while I just stood there... Eventually I took it upon myself to find an associate that wasn't busy. The first lady should have practiced good customer service by passing me to someone else instead of just having me stand there... Commission or not. Do not be money hungry, customer service comes first. Other than that the product I wanted was available, the associate that helped me was nice, prompt, and even helped me rearrange my charms to accommodate the one I purchased during my visit.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience cause of my sales associate. She was highly experienced and knowledgeable.

We shopped the day before Christmas Eve and although the store was quite crowded the system was efficient and the store was still very well stocked. My experience was a pleasant one.

Convenient location, the sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable as to what I was looking for.

The staff is absolutely wonder. I shop here all the time and the staff treats you like family. I love the size and cleanliness of the store.
