The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a wide selection of charms to choose from. It was an easy check out process.

I really liked how knowledgeable the sales associate were with what I was looking to purchase. I was there a few days prior and spoke to a different associate than i did on this visit. She was there this time, remembered me, and helped the other associate find what I was looking at before.

Even though Julie k was extremely busy and understaffed she still tried to help me in her best way instead of making me wait. Most assistant manager just kinda look at people and don’t help. And even though she had associates that needed help she still tried to stay with me. But I work in customer service I understand people pulling me in every way possible. I told her it was okay that she could go help them. And she kept apologizing. But I really didn’t mind and she didn’t freak out she kept a cool head.
