The sales rep was friendly and very accommodating! Store was busy, however, there were ample sales res available! Prices are in a range to coincide with buyer’s budgets.

we got to the store when it opened. there were plenty of salespeople working you had the items in stock that I wanted to buy

My visit was during the Thanksgiving rush and the store was full. However, the associates had a waiting list to ensure prompt assistance once someone was available to help. Also we were encouraged to browse while we wait and offered coffee/ hot chocolate. Our associate was very knowledgeable of the stores collection and gathered all the charms that I selected as the store was very busy and other clients were viewing at the same time.

Friendly and quick

The salesperson Amyre was very personable. She approached me as soon as I walked in and told me about the buy two get one free promotion. She also showed me the red Christmas ornament with the charm inside. She was very happy to help me and I could tell she liked working at Pandora

We where there on Black Friday the store was busy however they were very organized, friendly and things move along quickly. I had a very good experience.

Visited during thanksgiving weekend. Knew what I wanted. Associate at the door was putting people on a waiting list. But she got what I needed and took me directly to checkout.

The sales associates were very great and on top of things even though it was very very crowded.
