It was my first time ever visiting a pandora location, I received a snake chain bangle with a charms as a gift, and recently was given the funds to purchase another charm to add on. The sales rep was very kind and patient, showing me different charms that were well within my budget, and asking me what kinds of interests I had so she could show me various charms. She offered one of the free cleanings, which I had no knowledge that I could receive for a bracelet. When I recieve the funds to make another purchase I will definitely be returning to this location.
