There is always an extended wait time. I was told by a sales associate that it doesn’t matter rather I place the order online for pickup in store or purchase in store; she said that I would wait until they are done with the existing customers regardless. I feel that your stores should have a designated person for online orders. If the customer wants to look at other items after picking up their order then they should have to wait and the other sales associate is available. But online orders should be like an express checkout a very short & speedy checkout process.

The free gift I recieved with my order was very small and when I asked to exchange it for a larger size I was told I couldn't.

Pandora usual has a nice sale just before Easter which is when I purchase my many granddaughters Easter gifts as well as birthday gifts. But because of no sales on merchandise I have to very much limit my spending and rethink Easter gifts. I’m so very disappointed!!

Initially, I was there for a repair of 2 clasps on 2 bracelets only to find that any purchases over a year could not be repaired or replaced. My bracelets and charms were gifts from my boyfriend and I was forced to buy a new bracelet due to Pandora's policy. Very surprising that Pandora isn't as customer friendly as some other brands I've supported. In future can this policy be reviewed and revisited. The staff and manager at the Patridge Creek store in Michigan were amazing! Its just the policy I have issue with .Thanks for listening !!

If Pandora is going to sell necklaces that hold charms. Then the should produce all heart shaped charms to be weighted to sit appropriately on a necklace. This is BAD product planning. I saw the cutes heart charm however if bout on a pandora necklace it would hang upside down. This is an on going issue with your product line. Please take the time to fix this issue.
