Sales associate was very pushy. I understand up selling is a must but it was uncomfortable.

The store was wonderful, but my experience using the website was awful. I placed my order and received a confirmation email and could see a pending charge. I waited 4 hours and still had not received an email telling me my order was ready. I called the store and was told they didn’t have my order yet. I used the chat feature on the website to find out what was going on and was told my order had failed and I needed to start over. I was never notified that my ordered failed and I can’t see any reason that it would have failed except for a glitch in the website. At the store, there was another woman who had the same thing happen that day. I will never use the website again. It was a huge waste of time when I was trying to save time on a busy day.

They did not have adequate staff for the holidays and the sale. They missed my name when calling customers next in line on the list. When I told the associate they missed my name she apologized to the person who she took instead of me and then proceeded to rush me while I was asking for specific charms and they did not have in stock at the store and did not offer to find at another local store or online. I understand in the world today everyone has a lack of help. I would have been extremely understanding if the sales associate would have handled the situation differently.

The sales associate was a little bit hard to understand when she was chatting with us during the process because she was wearing a mask, but it was still very good!

I bought a ring for my wife and her finger turned green they didn’t want to exchange product
