I walked into store and did not know that I had to sign in when I walked in to be waited on. a manager also had to answer most of my question dealing with color of earrings. the sales person appeared to be in training

Because my pandora bracelet is broken and pandora doesn't repair i have to rebuy my bracelet. Hopefully in the future pandora offer insurance on these expensive products

No ones fault but the store was understaffed. The wait outside the store was an hour before we could get in to shop. The staff had been so busy the wireless devices used to cash out were not working well, we ended up going to the register at the front of the sore to complete the transaction. This was part of the reason it took an hour to get into the store to shop. Granted it was Mother's Day weekend so I understood the delay. The Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It was not a bad visit.

Going in to Mother's Day weekend, the store was under staffed (only 3 workers on a Friday afternoon). We waited about 1 hour and 45 minutes. When we did get in my son and I heard all about how the store was short handed and how our service member had been working since 8am with no break, food, or ability to use the restroom. We were offered a free braclet for the promo, but found there was either a small size of the item or a large in a replacement because the company extended a promo, but didn't have enough supply. She was nice, but our experience was all about her. My son and I left feeling sorry for her rather than excited about our purchase.

The sales associate who helped me was awesome. On the other hand her colleague was very rude. My daughter and I was looking at a Mother’s Day collection in a case and she walked right up and snatched it out. Didn’t say excuse me or anything, Then our sales person had left a bracelet on the counter that I planned on purchasing she picks it up and smacks her lips. I say oh that’s ours. She gone say oh I’ll just put it down here so it don’t get lost. Like excuse me? You were already rude. Idk if she just didn’t like black people or what. But please don’t treat me like no thief.

I purchased a bracelet two months ago and although the replaced it I felt I should have been able to exchange for a different style. My worry is that it will break again and this time my daughter my loose it and or the charms. I paid almost $500 for the bracelet and charms.

The wait was long. When the associate was asked why we had to wait outside, we were told Partridge Creek location is a high theft area. Isn't everything in cases? Then there was a free bracelet with 150.00 purchase I was told they only have small and medium. I asked if they could order me a large...she just repeated small and medium.

The engraving machine was not functioning properly. The style I wanted was not coming out. It didn't look good one one side versus the other side.
