The ring I wanted was not in my size. I never give “5 stars” for a first visit. But I will be back.

The selection of merchandise could have been better. The store associate was very nice.

I know it’s not completely the stores fault but having a line in an outdoor mall where we have freezing temperatures is not ideal. There was a long line and some people had children. Was not an ideal situation or location. Specifically that being the closest location to me.

I was very satisfied with my visit. My sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful, but there is always room for improvement in every single aspect of life. Therefore I rarely give things top marks.

Standing outside in the cold for a half hour to get inside and then feel pressure to not look around. This makes me not want to come back.

My sales associate Allie was great and the pieces I wanted were in stock. The only reason I was not highly satisfied was due to the fact that I had to wait about 20-25 minutes outside in the freezing cold to get into the store to shop. All other aspects of the experience were good.

My sales associate assumed that I jumped the line and made mention of it, when I had asked the person behind me if I could run to my car. She in turn informed the lady behind her that I was in line and agreed to allow me back in my place. My associate also did not offer me a ring sizer when I said I wanted to purchase a ring instead she got some rings out to guess my size and assumed I wanted them to go all the way on my finger.

Associate was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had to wait outside the store in the freezing cold. There should have been a heated tent or something available to all the customers who were out there with me. I will NEVER wait outside in the cold again at that Pandora location. It is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS to have to do that, unacceptable.
