i am satisfied with my purchase and experience in store. My choice of not choosing highly satisfied gives the store a room for improvement and further innovation. Seeking the highest rating all the time is like giving up on innovation and better customer experience.

Had to stand outside in thr cold for a while before entering the store. The representative wasn't very familiar with the items.

The wait time in the line, outdoors in the very cold weather, was a tad ridiculous. I understand and fully agree with the need to social distance which is why I’m not complaining. I do recommend offering warm beverages and maybe an outdoor fire pit for long wait times in line. Service was not bad in store.

The store was very busy. There were a lot of associates though along with the store manager who gave me a compliment when she wasn’t the associate helping me. Antoinette was very nice and helpful. The store did not have the me bracelet in the size I needed, come to find out what was shown online was the older style me bracelet and only had size 2. The associate tried to extend the bracelet to my liking which was very intuitive to help me get what I wanted but I decided on the newer me bracelet.

The store was stocked with what I wanted. The sale associated was informative. And she did try and up sale and offered a credit card, but I declined.

My Bracelet Clasp Broke The Same Day I Bough It. This Has Also Happened With My Necklace . Please Make The Quality Of The Brand Better. Especially When We Spend A Lot Of Money On The Rooes/ Chain It Self.

The merchandise is always great when visiting the store. However, this visit the associate was waiting on three people at once. The customers came in after me and it wasn't appropriate that she left me waiting while she waited on the other customers. It made my wait time longer.

I came into the store knowing exactly which Pandora ring I wanted. An associate asked me what my ring size was and I was able to quickly see the selection of rings in my size! Fast and friendly service
