The selection of charms wasn’t as large as I hoped for my bracelet. More variety and more variety in price range as well would have been better

They were efficient in cleaning off every station after every customer. Knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Also took their time in cleaning my jewelry

Did not like the fact that I had to wait outside to even get in the store. Then I had to wear a mask when I am fully vaccinated.

It seemed like a big enough store to have more people in it. I get that covid changed a lot of things, but only allowing 1 person per sales associate in the store just seemed extreme.

I bought the new style braclet for my girl but you dont have many charm's for the flat braclet

Had to wait outside of store. They did not have item I was looking for.
