I was mostly highly satisfied. There were only a few areas that o chose just satisfied and that was based on how I felt regarding that particular category. Overall staff was kind, facility was clean and they appeared to be practicing COVID guidelines.

I tried to use a coupon code which I looked up and it said I could use it online or in store then when I got there I could not use it in the store. I would have rather ordered it online to save some money but I waited til right before my mother’s birthday to go in store thinking I could use it there too. What’s the difference ?

We arrived at the store at 11am when it opened. There was only 1 associate in the store so only 1 customer was allowed in at a time while the rest of us had to wait outside.

The coupon I was trying to use could only be used online and not in the store. This was not the sales associates fault. However, I did NOT purchase another charm because of this.
