Making customers wait outside for around 45 minutes in 30degree weather is ridiculous without providing stand up heating along the route. Or perhaps an online check in system or digital line or appointments

Quicl and efficient pleasant atmosphere.

I had to wait outside in the cold for 45 minutes. They were also not letting people that placed orders online to just come and pick up their orders. That’s why I didn’t order online. It takes the same amount of time.

Lines were incredibly long and seemed to take a long time for u to get in the store. I waited an hour and 20 minutes .

When I return the purchase of earrings and need a new pair they showed me another pair and the earring had the same problem, I asked to see another pair and she said she did not have a another pair, which was not true because the costumer who was next to me was look at the same earring and they had severely pairs on the courter which were not open. I asked again if they would show me another pair and she said they don't have any, and I said well the costume next to me was just looking at them and they put two pairs back. She reply again we don't have any more.

Waiting outside is ridiculous, my first visit there the girl was new, she had charged my credit card did it didn’t go through but it did, basically a matter of not knowing what she was doing, but the manager corrected it, there is a lot a sales people but you can’t let more than 8 people in, pandemic and all it’s the only store I’ve been to that requires a limit on how many people can be in the store, it’s ridiculous!!

There was a line the sales rep was née she didn’t have a lot of product knowledge

I was satisfied with everything that it exactly sure which question this is referring to. The reason why I won’t be back to the store in the next 90 days as I simply make a purchase from Pandora about once a year

I really enjoyed shopping at Pandora the sale clerk was very nice and knowledgeable also the store was very clean the only bad experience that I had was standing in line outside the time in line was more than I was expecting it to be. And some customers were not as friendly as others everybody wanting to rush maybe to go home and the wait was at least 15 minutes or more other than that it was worth the wait.
