Only two people were allowed in store. Was very cold outside!

Overall the sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable when helping me with my purchase.

The store did NOT have any dust pouches. Sales person would not let me look at a tray until I asked. She was putting charms on the counter one at a time. I did NOT like that at all. I had to ask to see an entire tray. If I did not know what I wanted at that time, she would have been no assistance to me. I did NOT like that at all. The outlet store had dust covers, but a high end store did not. I was not happy about that either.

We waited outside while employees were cleaning, I get that. But, they were not cleaning with any sense of urgency and there were 10-12 people waiting.

I truly believe the prices should and could be slightly altered to become less. Also the messages should be a slight bit bigger for those to see.
