Having to wait in line outdoors, to be serviced.and it was raining that particular day. Other than that, customer service was excellent.

When I purchased the right the fists time I paid $115, and when I went to exchange it for a bigger size, they told me the first employee there rang me for the wrong item and I had to pay a additional 60$

I had the receipt for the exchange and when I gave the associate my e-mail address that purchase wasn't coming up in my account. So I had to scroll through my trash e-mails, which fortunately I don't delete and find the order confirmation. There has to be an easier way!

Alexia K was very friendly, explained everything vey well. Had no issues getting my ring that was missing a stone replaced and the store was very organized and properly set up due to effects of Covid-19

We could only move in one path around the store. It was as if the sales associate was rushing us through, not asking if there was anything else we’d like to look at. She was very helpful in getting my bracelet cleaned.

Forced to stand in line outside the store for a half hour in the sun on a 90+ degree day. I understand COVID concerns, however there should be another recourse.(water provided, a periodic explanation as to procedure & apology, bench seating etc.) many potential customers left the line, some didn’t bother stopping. Even when we got in there was no apology for the wait or pleasantries offered
