Awesome experience would recommend to others and i would definitely go back to get more charms and rings they have a great selection of both . Highly recommended this store . The staff was very helpful and friendly as well .

I had to wait to get into the store. I understand that it's precautions you have to take. But, I was worried that I wouldn't make it in before the store closed ( it was my mother's birthday).

Store needed one more associate to assist customers. Only two customers allowed in the store because there were only 2 associates working when I arrived.

The only real reason for the non highly satisfied was just a little lack of selection of merchandise...did not really have what I wanted, but was able to find something similar.

I got two rings from you guys and they both broke within two days of exchanging them for new ones. I was very upset I spent all this money to get rings that break or that the diamonds fall out

The items that I was looking for were not in stock. Also there was at least one item in a recent catalog that I was told was no longer available. Love the look and feel of the store just wished what I wanted was available.

The wait was extremely long.

There is nothing. In the store to absorb noise. I am deaf in one ear and the loud noise from music and people talking made it hard for me to hear.

Being a guy, it is not a store I frequent often (maybe once or twice a year), however every time I end up having a long wait. This more recent visit, I called a head of time before driving to the store and was told there was no one waiting in line. When I arrived, there were six ahead of me. Perhaps allow for appointments? Past times I have walked out.

Products advertised online were not available in store. Recommend more holiday gift sets.
