When I walk in the store I was not greeted only one sales associate acknowledge that I was there I don’t remember her name but she was a fan of Harry Potter and I believe she had red hair she was a delight the other sales associate was rude and not welcoming at all I really wish I remembered the lady’s name that help me she has great customer service

Customer service was outstanding I wasn’t satisfied because I was replacing an item I already purchased because the charms on my bracelet was coming off to easily and the pendant I was looking for was not in stock

The person that sold the bracelet never was told to buy the clips so the charms didn’t slide around!!! Therefore I had to go buy them and then the person that bought it felt awful because no one told him he needed them!!

the first time at Pandora , i must say it was a lovely feeling and of course happy coz i got to buy cute stuff for myself , bonus it was on sale and affordable . now i know why i always see people flocking to Pandora stores. :)

Went to pandora to get my wife a gift for her birthday. The sales associate was very helpful as well as the wish list I had from my wife to help me find just what she was looking for. My wife loves her new reflex bracelet and charms. Thanks to Sandra B!
