Because the sales associate couldn’t t locate the merchandise.A lot of the merchandise that I wanted was out of stock.So I just picked any thinking it was like the last one of everything that I picked

I went for a specific ring and it wasn’t available and in order to get the special, I couldn’t order and take home the other two items.

Had a free bracelet offer with a $125 purchase and was unavailable in the size we need.

The item I was interested in was now available in the store and I was not able to order online as the Pandora credit card was not able to be used for purchases

Felt rushed to choose, I came in looking for a charm for my necklace and ended up with a clip for my bracelet when I initially asked for charms for my necklace. I was not directed correctly but the service was overall good.

I had an item that was put aside for me so that I can come up to get it. This was very nice. I came up after work.

I was not highly satisfied because I had to wait until a sales associate was available. I ask to see a tray of earrings studs while I wait, no one replied.

The store definitely needs more employees. I just wanted a pair of earrings, but I had to wait a half hour to get them. The woman that helped me was wonderful, and cleaned my ring I bought previously for me, I appreciated that. Thank you I love my marcasite heart earrings.

It’s to expensive for a quick little holiday gift for your lady. They always don’t have rose gold jewelry
