Long wait for service even thoughi had the preferred card

There were only 2 associates..my wait was 45 min.need more help

The store was full of customers and only two attendants. They were working very hardly to attend every body.

Everything that I was looking for they didn’t have it and neither did the surrounding locations.

One sales clerk showed me a ring and when I went to look at another she took another sale. I had to wait for another sales clerk to become available before I could see a couple other rings.

We waited over an hour to make a purchase. When running a promotion Pandora should staff the stores anticipating significant traffic. If not they should have a speed check out or something for clients who know exactly what they are needing.

Out of stock no reassurance of getting anything in

Because of the sale, the store was so packed you could barely move around and look at anything. We had to wait about an hour for someone to help us. Then the giftcard my Mom purchased for me from the Pandora website hadn't been activated so I couldn't use it.

I was satisfied.

The wait was much longer than I was originally told once I walked into the store. I understand that any Pandora establishment I have ever visited is extremely busy but the wait exceeded much longer than I was told. Once I made my purchase the salesperson just placed my items in the bag without adding the Pandora gift tissue in the bag. I had to ask for it. All in all I still love shopping at Pandora.
