When asking for a certain theme (Mother/daughter)within the Pandora charms, I was only given certain options. Their were only a few pulled out and placed on the glass for me to look at. I was very undecided for that very reason. After spending about 30 minutes deciding, I was finally offered a Pandora book to look at, in which I knew nothing about. After looking at the book, I saw a various amount of options to choose from which made my choice a lot easier. If I was given the book from the beginning my visit could have been a lot quicker.

I came in during the 25% off a hundred and fifty dollar purchase. The wait was about a n hour, the sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable of the product, also extremely helpful.The quality of the product was not worth the value, so I had to returned it due to bad reviews.

I waited over an hour to be waited in. I understand it is the holidays but have more sales associates available.

I know its a busy time of year but you pretty much stand there for several minutes before being acknowledged. There is really no good system in this store when several customers are there to be waited on. Everyone is kind of scattered and most associates will look at you and say have you been waited on? They need to have a better system during busier times. I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally took down my name

The staff could have been a little friendlier. The merchandise was not organized. Did not have good selection of sizes.

They are sometimes overpriced. They should have more coupons or reward points.

Rep did not know where to locate merchandise. I feel I was not given all choices with the price range I was looking for. I was made aware that she paid much more for her pandora bracelet and charms though.

The merchandise i was looking for wasn't even put out in the display case. They had to search thru several boxes and bags to find it. Maybe because everything i purchased was considered "new arrivals" My salesperson was more then anxious to help me but it almost seemed like a chore for the manager to find what i was looking for
