I received the jewelry box for mothers day and the zipper was broken. No extras were kept at the store so I called customer affairs per the in store sales associate. I was told there was nothing that could be done and I would have to contact local stores to see if any were available. Pandora is not a cheap product and I would've expected better service or am alternative option to resolve the issue

Product not available. Sales associate didn't offer anything in place of unavailable merchandise. Make stock should be available especially if your having a special or deal.

Had a great experience sales associate was fantastic and very patient, the question was about pricing and I feel the charms are expensive, that is why I will buy as a gift.

Upon arrival to the store the mgr/greeter was rude. I started to say I was looking for pandora... bracelet beads but before I could think of what I was trying to say, her comment “well this is all Pandora”. Snarky, unnecessary condisending comment was not appreciated. If I did not need something that day I would have left. The sales associate was nice enough.

You shouldn't have to wait in line when you are holding an item for someone. Waiting for ten people ahead of you, all of which need to look at every charm you offer is ridiculous. 90% of companies have a web order pick up and so should you, in my opinion!

Too many lights made it warm A little hard looking at items because locked up Kind of expensive

I visit the store to purchase a bracelet the associate never told me that the kiss me bracelet only came in one size so then I had to return it back the next day I was just upset about that

Asociate did not listen to my requests . Ofered me the same product that I did not liked several times.
