When going back the first time to exchange my ring, they did not put my name in the system and there was no receipt so we were unable to find the purchase. The people I originally were working with were very unhelpful, but then I was assisted by Julie K, who was extremely kind and very helpful. Unfortunately, they were out of my size. But when I went back the next time, Julie remembered me and helped me again and I was able to find the right size.

The earrings I purchased, the left earring did not clap properly. I had to return the earrings a couple days later.

The woman helping me did not seem too knowledgeable. She said something counter to an associate that helped me last time I was in. She didn’t notice until I pointed it out that the charms were on backwards and then she seemed a bit annoyed that I pointed it out.

The size bracelet I really needed was not available. When I entered the store and inquired about the sale, the sales associate gave me a book.

We walked in and were the only customers in the store at the time. There were about 7 workers and it didn't seem like anybody wanted to help us until Diane B. stepped up. She was very pleasant, but some of the other employees weren't.

When I asked sale person about clean my bracelet, she responded back the clean machine was not working and that all she said, now one of the other a sale person gave her custom a clean cloth without having to pay for it. I can see if did not spend money in the store, but Im always in there spending money at l this location ,the sale person could at least gaven me a cleaning cloth free after all spend $159.00 IN HER STORE.

I wasn’t greeted when I first walked in. I also had a stroller with me and the employee standing by the door didn’t offer to hold the door for me, he was standing there to take names but no one needed assistance at the moment.

With a newly remodeled store, I would have thought the store layout would have been designed to easily walk through and to view merchandise while waiting to be helped on. The cash registers added to the design seem kind of pointless considering the point of check out was done on a tablet.

Sales associate appeared to be in a rush to clear us from the store. Sales associate stated it was difficult to wait on people because “ the customers don’t know what they want”. Viewing the merchandise IS part of the definition of “shopping” to me. Felt as if we were putting the Sales associate out by asking to view a total of 3 pieces and asking prices. We purchased one of the three we looked at.
