The sales associate seemed very uncomfortable helping us for some reason

Didn't have the item I was looking for in stock

The associate was training a new member so we did need some patience with that as she explained everything to the new person. What i didn't like is that i was asked for my drivers license to verify my purchase. I have an account that was clearly visible on her computer along with a clearly signed debit card. I personally do not like sharing my drivers license with anyone as i feel that it is personal. Is this a policy you have in every store at Pandora? Why would you not except a credit card without a drivers license? I have had my identity stolen from a sales associate at another store and all she had to do was take a picture of my drivers license. That store was not PANDORA but as a consumer it does worry you. Please let me know your policy going forward. The purchase was only 50.00 dollars and half was also paid in cash. It really lessened my experience at PANDORA. As I truly understand that their are people who use stolen credit cards but the other side of this is that as the consumer we are in danger as well.

The stores always feel so small and the counter top space is so small. I always feel crammed and rushed when I'm looking for stuff. I like Pandora, I like this store a lot and the people are helpful, I just wish there was more space to accommodate the crowd.

The sales lady did not know the location of the charm I’m looking for.

I need a size 11 ring due to arthritis in my hands. You have BEAUTIFUL rings but not in my size. I wish you could go to 11 for your rings.

I was very satisfied. The only disappointment that I had was that I was not told about the promotion (free earrings or ring with $100 purchase) until the end of my purchase.

I was highly satisfied. I normally come to Pandora and enjoy there products.
