upon entering the store, there is no way to tell who is next to be serviced. We were ahead of 2 others that came in after us and were serviced first. They need a number system or some way to help people in the order they enter the store. Our salesperson was excellent.

Very clean store. Staff friendly and helpful. Disappointed that I lost my bracelet, trying to replace charm's but they are no longer made

Always good sales Associates helping you find what you want. Always friendly to their customers and this store is nice to come to.

The 2 associates we're not as friendly and helpful as other associates at Pandora has done in the past I just did not feel warmed and welcomed

My husband bought me my first Pandora bracelet for Mother’s Day. Spent almost $500. We should have received a rose gold bracelet with the Mother’s Day deal. Instead the clerk but two silver bracelets in the bag and didn’t inform us they they were out of rose gold. I didn’t find out until I got home and opened the box. Very Disappointed! It would have been okay if someone atleast told us first! I could have bought the gold one while still there. Called the store once we got home and they told us “we gave away our last gold bracelet 2 minutes ago.” So why didn’t I get mine 1 hour ago?? I feel kinda deceived. I won’t be going back.

The two associates working had 4 customers to wait on. The one associate was polite and said just a few minutes. It ended up being nearly 15. The woman that was helping the other guests started cleaning up and doing things even though she saw 2 people that had been waiting. She finally came over and was quite curt and not friendly or apologetic about the long wait. I still completed my transaction and even bought an additional 2 pieces of jewelery. But the service was not great. The other associate at least apologized about the wait to the other person waiting after me and was very friendly towards her.

I have a Pandora necklace,bracelet and charms. I purchased the set 1 year ago. Brought it in to the store for a cleaning it still looks dull and rusted . The store associate didn’t clean it well at all. I purchased the cleaner from the store cleaned it again at home looks a bit better . Poor quality for the price.

sale person was not knowledgeable and could not show me what I need was very slow and keep asking another sale person what to do, was very slow, probable on training, not sure of herself and keep asking me what do I need

Due 2 me bein new 2 Pandora & my knowledge of this was a visit 2 make a purch 4 myself in which would be my 1st Pandora purch The sales assoc was apparently new which I have no issues w/but I believe since we both were new & unsure I believe we were a unperfect match 4 this sale w/us both havin so many ??s There seemed 2 be an assoc/maybe manager close by but offered no assist during struggle I had many ??s I wasn't able to use my new c/c 4 my purch & was told I had 2 wait 4 it 2 come in the mail The assoc was unaware of the process there4 didn't save any of my credit info which resulted in me payin out of pocket which was more than I intendin on spendin on that day I she did state that she didn't have much c/c experi I decided 2 pay 4 the purch out of pocket I believe that I also spent more than I had 2-2 receive the free item offered as well the assoc would have know that much about the free offer but didn't I was more than patient w/the assoc and she was super nice & as helpful as she could have been I'm somewhat happy w/my purch I just think my experi could have been better
