Most of the associates seem to rush you. They have quick answers and my customer service person looked at her watch like she was telling me (passive aggressively) to hurry up. I just wish it didn't always feel rushed when I go there.

Y’all payments options are different they need to be the same you should take Afterpay in stores as well

There were only two customers inside, and the store was big enough to let us enter and wait inside. we were a family of 5. We were waiting with our 3 kids in the freezing weather outside instead of letting us enter, by the way, we were the only people waiting outside. and we waited for more than 10 minutes.

Our sales person could not understand us, typed all of our information for our account wrong. Did not understand the payment machine, VISA cards. Gave us a bunch of ring options when we told her many times the exact ring we wanted😃🖐

Although others spend a lot. I am in the system for having at least 4 bracelets and several charms. I needed a dust cloth and I was not given one but charged for one. Additionally, I had to buy the entire cleaning kit because dust cloths were sold out.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. SALES LADY WAS RUDE.

Sales person was unknowlegable

The size bracelet was not available and the one I bought broke wise resulted in having to return the bracelet.

It was just hassle to exchange a bracelet that had never been worn before. The clap was very hard to open and once I got it open for my niece we could not get it close.

Only reason is that the price on the earring went up. They are on sale for $10 at other locations. They should not be 20 I even seen the sticker they used to be 10
