My only issue which was not a major one was that we werent offered a pandora cookie, others were. I feel like if you're going to offer to make sure you offer to all especially the ones spending money in the store.

I feel as though the associate was not very welcoming or friendly. She almost had an attitude as though she did not need my business. She tried to get me in and out of the store as quickly as possible while still earning a sale, and the store was EMPTY so it was not like she was trying to earn another sale. I was not left with a good feeling, but I went in there for earrings so despite her attitude, I purchased the earrings. Had I not known exactly what I wanted, I would have just left without purchasing anything.

I’m usually acknowledged when walking into a store or at least told that I will be helped with next, but when I walked into this store I wasn’t greeted or anything. When they finished with one of their customers they said oh who is next, and I said I was here next. I showed them a picture of what I was looking for, which they had and then I ended up buying an extra Rose gold charm. And then I ask them the price of this necklace that I had liked, the girl who was helping me said to her Coworker do you know the price of this then she asked her other coworker what’s the price of this necklace so the other coworker walked around and she was like oh I do know the price of this it’s $130 she was like oh are you sure hold on let me just check the book. Why announce it to everybody if you could just checked the book in the first place? It’s like when you walk into a Pandora store it’s always ridiculously busy and not enough workers. At this one you don’t get greeted and sometimes you get ignored.

The sales associate was not familiar with the products and had to continuously ask the manager questions. The manager was busy herself. What really disturbed me was when the sales associate placed my IF and credit card down on the counter when I had my had out for her to return it to me in my hand just as I handed it to her. I let it go but my next visit the same thing happen with another sales person. I’ll never go to that store again.

It seemed like it was more of a production line how my name was taken at the beginning, and then called to a salesperson. They were nice but not friendly. And I wanted to see the variety of charms you had, not being familiar with your product, but that seemed to be a bit of a problem.

I wished there were more options to view along the wall displays during the waiting time. Instead the only option was to wait until I was able to have the salesperson bring them to me.

Salesperson, I believe she was the manager, acted like she was too busy to bother helping us with our selection, did not offer a great selection and gave the impression she had better things to do.

Daughter saved up to get me a motherday present. This was based on the mother’s day bangle and free jewelry box. Unfortunately the store was out of both but not willing to see if other stores had any left. She decided to buy me a charm for my bracelet.
