It was my first walk in to Pandora and my first purchase and I need to call sales associate few times to help me and to the end I went to her and purchase my bracelet and one charm w/o any help or suggestions as I mention that is my first time in the store. Overall not satisfied from the service but highly satisfied from the merchandise.

This was my first time purchasing. I was in the store well past closing due to the process of looking for charms/pricing/the necklace I'm totally confused as to why the store clerks don't have an easier system I was extremely disappointed in the amount of time that was sucked away from my day. The young lady helping me kept apologizing for being new and having to keep interrupting her other coworkers for assistance. I was asking if this was normal or why can't they simply scan the display charm packaging? She said that they had to thumb through the books and match the tiny charms to the tiny charms in the books. I didn't want this young lady to feel uncomfortable or pressured so I never lost my patience. However I really wanted to walk out and continue not owning any Pandora jewelry. By the end of my purchase I had spent well over $500. If going in store doesn't get any better in respect to the customers time I'll never go inside again. Their time as well as your customers time is extremely valuable. Please revise this process to help keep down frustration or customers walking out on a high value purchase.

Online purchases were cancelled 3 times do to online saying my merchandise was in stock but once arriving to the store it wasn’t in stock. I then had to buy my bracelet in store and spend money I hadn’t planned on spending

Waited inside store for over a hour and a half just to get one charm. Felt like most of the employees weren’t concerned within helping get the line lowered.

The ring my daughter wanted was not available in her size. She loves Pandora! Anyway, she and my other daughter started looking at other rings. The sales associate offered no help, no alternative rings and looked rather annoyed that they wanted to see other rings. A shopping trip to Pandora turned into "the girl helping us was so rude" and that's what they are remembering. We love Pandora and will be back but will avoid that salesperson.

I never received my receipt by email. I had to leave a voicemail and no one returned my call. I am receiving plenty of marketing by email, just no receipt.

First, the store was very dirty. Second, the sales associate was very unpleasant, unhelpful, and a knowledgeable. I asked a specific question about a charm, and she did not have an answer.
