I just wanted to exchange the size of my bracelet. Huge hassle since my husband bought it as a GIFT and I didn't have the receipt. Assistant manager was u willing to do anything without it and I had to wake up my husband who had just worked 14 hours and just went to bed to do a simple exchange. It ruined my entire experience with this company and I do t even want the bracelet anymore if the simplest transaction is going to be a hassle.

The lady helping me was not very friendly, I had a exchange not happy with the exchange she said there is nothing wrong with the new one. I was going to get some ear rings and I told her Neverending. The location I went to in Grandview was amazing very nice helpful spent $270. Just not the Partridge creek location. I won't recommend to anyone

My bracelet was replaced because it was broken. I was satisfied with the resolution. I was dissatisfied with the cleaning of the charms and bracelet of two pandora’s bracelets. Cleaning was poorly or Pandora bracelets and charms or quality of merchandise was cheap

No acknowledgement from staff upon arrival. I asked about a specific birthday charm and was told they didn't have it but celebration charms were "over there" with a vague gesture to the other side of the store. Multiple associates standing around and I was added to a wait list. Once the two other customers were finished, 4 associates were chatting about schedules and one finally came over and asked what I was originally looking for and she would try to find something similar. I explained the specific charm I asked for and correctly described was in the case in front of me. There were actually multiple throughout the trays. I quickly pointed out another charm I wanted and explained as a birthstone heart. She quickly corrected me stating this was not the birthstone for May and they didn't have any in silver but maybe in rose gold. I said the one I picked out was fine and again she pointed out it was not May. I was there with a very tiny infant who was starting to get cranky, she knew I was trying to hurry and had waited for a while. There was no sense of urgency or common courtesy for my $100 purchase.

Customer service was very bad, there was no greeting, there was 8 people in the store I was overlooked by the sales associate instead of asking who's next, she helped the a person who just walked in after I've been standing there for a while. And the other sales associate didn't smile didn't say hello nothing.

Waited in line on 5/6/22 for 2 1/2 hours ! No reason their were 3 sales associates in store…. I believe time would of been less if Associates would of brought out P.U orders to those who were waiting in line as well…… ridiculous

I have a broken charm that was given to me as a gift. The charm is less than 6 months old. I took it back to the store of purchase now I’m told call consumer affairs WOW.

My shopping experience was very slow. One sales associate kept talking to a customer and getting off track. It was annoying to wait such a long time just to be helped. It took me 2-5 min to pick out a charm. I will not be returning any time soon.

Associate just showed me a tray of clips. Never made suggestions nor asked any questions. Seemed more interested in me opening up a card than buying product.

I purchased the sterling necklace. The chain of first one crimped and I returned for an exchanged. The next one was worn only 3 times and the clasp broke. I returned within 3 weeks of the exchange as I was out of town. I requested a refund rather than exchange and was told that was not an option as it was more, than 30 days from the “original” defective purchase. I have many Pandora items and have gifted countless bracelets and charms. The quality of those items is fantastic. The necklace was a disappointing $150 purchase. Consider me a very disappointed customer. Perhaps Pandora corporate can help make this right. I’d be grateful.
