Sales person was really not interested in helping attitude was really bad

The line was way to long . Had you standing out side to long

Besides waiting two hours, I went here for mother’s days. You guys were sold out of everything for Mother’s Day. You would think you would be well more stocked for this. I waited two hours in line to get told you were sold out of the morher days collection charms. It was so disappointing. If you’re gona brand something so crazy on the store, make sure to have enough.

I bought 8 items and open the credit card, but nothing was packed in the bags, no bag was offered, I just took items from the counter and put it in my purse. no bag, no box......

This was not the first time I have placed a order online for in store pick up. Unfortunately just like the time before i never received an email telling me my order was ready. So i had to once again drive to the store which is a 30minute drive from home, just to see if the items were there an ready for pick up. My confirmation email said that i would contacted withing in 6 to 8 hours didn't happen. In fact when I arrived at the store they hadn't even looked at my order, and that was 9hrs after i placed it...

Item cancelled when arriving to pickup when ordering online it was confirmed available and I ordered online.

The Sale person didn’t want to come over to assist me. And she was rushing me to make a purchase. She didn’t do my return correctly and apply my discount. She had customers outside waiting for a long period o time.

I found a set of earrings. The clerk then told me they were out of stock and could not sell the display out of the regular case.

I went to the Novi location for 2 granddaughter charm was told to go sommreset they didn't have the 2 charms then I was told to go to Clinton I had to stand in line outside for hour and half we I was told to tell them I was a Sommerset guest. No happy at all I stood in thter long lines

I need my jewelry cleaned. Salesperson did not want to clean my jewelry . I had to talk her in cleaning my jewelry but the jewelry was not cleaned, I was told it can not be cleaned because I did not wear them all year and the jerwerly was dark .
