I made a purchase of $100 dollars this visit and I simply needed to purchase some silver cleaner for all of my Pandora merchandise I purchased a cleaning kit a while ago it came with the cloth the brush and the heart gaggit that opens the bracelet and it came in a white box. Now when I’m told that they can’t sale me the cleaner separate I have to purchase the kit I then stated I have purchase the kit and it didn’t come with the cleaner I asked was this something knew Pandora started the manager told me no and I again stated that my kit didn’t come with cleaner so I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with Pandora I was told I can’t clean Pandora jewelry with regular silver cleaner but yet I’m trying to purchase Pandora’s because my jewelry needs to be clean and there not letting me purchase it so I won’t visit again

The wait was to long and we had to stand outside in the cold and they didn’t have enough associates to help the customers they need more workers

I was not aware that the charms for Pandora were made in CHINA; I only realized this when I got home with my purchase, turned the little box over and noticed the MADE IN CHINA sticker. That was probably the final charm I will purchase for my two bracelets - unless these charms are MADE IN THE USA!! SO disappointed.

My sales associate do not know any answers to my questions. When I asked for friend charms... she pulled out TWO and said that’s all we have!

I stood outside for five minutes before entering the store. I observed me sales associate with the previous customer. She did not remove the item tray of items to purchase. However, she would remove the tray with items I selected. Other associates, one was a manager, did not move the tray of items their customer selected. I was the only African American customer. I encourage you to investigate. This treatment is unacceptable!

I had to wait 15 minutes before an associate was available on an early Monday afternoon. Diane at Partridge Creek needs to work on her customer service skills. It was my first time in the store & she wasn't very helpful or friendly & I could tell she was getting irritated as I was trying to decide on a ring for my daughter's birthday. I hope my daughter likes what I chose because I dread having to return it! Pandora has very pretty jewelry but disappointed by the staff at Partidge Creek, Michigan.

I was purchasing $220.00 worth of merchandise and was using my two of my $10.00 off next purchase and my birthday $10.00 dollars off and one of the $10.00 would not work and the manger at that time was very rude to the the sale person who was trying to get this to work and then she made the sale girl wait (who was new and was very nice to me as sale person) until she was done showing her custom merchandise instead of switching place, then she was very rude to me, tell me that I have used this $10.00.I said no I have not and you can look it up. She kept saying you can call customer service and them come back and we will apply it to this order. I said no, I will just take only two items. Then she got even ruder to me. I feel this is unacceptable if she really wait a sale she could of expect the other $10.00 some how, instead of a $220.00 purchases I only made a $144.30. I'm also thinking about taking back the merchandise because of her RUDENESS.

The salesperson was very unhelpful she wasn’t educated on merchandise and didn’t help or recommend anything. Never smiled or even interacted with my daughter and I. We are both in sales ourselves and felt as though we were treated as if we were bothering her. Store was very busy but very unfriendly.
