Knowledge of the sales person was lacking, i understand he was new but manager did not want to seems to help him or take the time to assist. Was told they were out of merchandise only to return the next day and find what i wanted. Change of policy with credit card not being able to look up my account as I had left my card at home and had to return to the store where again I felt I was wasting their time. I feel a purchase over 300.00 in nothing to look down at. Not to sure I will return to that location any time soon. Just because i don't come in wearing all my item doesn't mean I don't know what I want. Just rude not happy.

I wanted to exchange a bangle and the only ones the store had were damaged. The employees were not helpful at all.

1) Hostess seemed very disinterested in answering questions I had when I 1st entered the store. I recognize that she needed to greet other customers, but she failed to excuse herself and cut me off mid sentence to do so. 2) Purchase was eligible for a free ornament, which the sales rep processing my purchase offered me; however I was not provided one and it seemed intentional. It would seem the manager or someone would have announced to all reps when the items were no longer available to avoid what happened to me. Cannot help but feel the failure to provide an ornament was intentional. Verily disappointing at minimum.

The sales associates should pay more attention to the order the customers enter the store. I was the second one in the store and the 4th one to be waited on and that would not have happened if I would not spoken up. Also, the manager needs to conduct her meetings with the employees prior to the store opening so all the associates that were on hand could immediately assist customers

I came during a week day and had to wait a half hour for assistance. They need to hire more holiday help. I saw customers walking out because of the wait time. Unacceptable.

I didn't say I wasn't satisfied. I just think you should have more associates in the store. So it won't be a long wait. It got really busy.

I came into the store with a broken Pandora bracelet. The sales associate was rude. She explained that I could not exchange the bracelet because I had previously returned the bracelet. The bracelet was not eligible for return. I could not trade it for an identical bracelet. My friend spoke with the manager and after 30 manager was on my behalf. The manager finally agreed to exchange. She told me that my exchange was a final sale it would not be eligible for any further exchange.

I purchased a pair of earrings and they are poorly made. The don’t stay closed which creates the risk of them falling out. Meaning they can’t be worn. I’ve exchanged them once and they gave me the same pair that does the same thing. I took them back and was told they have to give me the same pair again which I am very dissatisfied with Pandora. I’m stuck with a pair of earrings have had to exchange twice that I ultimately can’t wear. My money was wasted
