I was not allowed to return an item my husband purchased. We have the same credit account and both have our own cards to that same account. The employee would not use my card to process the return. I had to return to the store later with my husband to make the return. Very poor customer service.

Order was canceled by Pandora they said the item was out of stock. Salesperson had many of the items in stock.

Not one store was displaying this type of service, except PANDORA. WAITING OUTSIDE in a line 30 degrees for an hour just to get in to buy a bead. There is no reason for this. COMPLETE UNACCEPTABLE.

I purchased a last only charm that was pretty damage and stuffed up and I asked the manager could she put a discount on it and her response was "No I can not discount it , it is what it is, the way it is and if you don't like it you don't have to buy it." It was extremely cold and windy outside and only 2 people were allowed inside at a time. There were only 2 sales people available. There was plenty of room in that store for more people to remain 6 feet apart. How insensitive.

Charm boxes were stained inside. I was unaware of this until I went home & opened the boxes. This purchase was a gift for someone so I find that embarrassing & unacceptable especially with how much I paid for the merchandise.

Had to wait outside in line for 40 min while 4 employees help 3 people inside which 2 of them where together. Finally was let in to be told o need a mask what mask Michigan states we don’t need a mask . Why is your store the only one making people wait outside and still wear mask won’t be back
