I had made previous purchases during the holidays 2020 and also made purchases in January 2021 when I recently went back into the store to use the coupon on the bottom of my receipt and was unable to do so I had not used that particular one and they could not give me the money off of my purchase or give me a answer why it would not work I was very disappointed with the whole experience

The sales associate was very pushy telling me I couldn’t get the sales unless I opened a credit card or found an email to get the sale. Once I found the email she literally glanced at it and put the sale in. If I wasn’t able to use the sale price they would of lost a $235.00 sale. Also at Christmas time I preordered an item and paid for it online so I wouldn’t have to stand in line. They made me wait in line with my young kids instead of just handing me my package that was already packed and paid for. I couldn’t stand in line that long with my kids so had to send my husband back the next day, then they had the nerve to give him a hard time for picking up my items. This stores customer service is horrible. If they keep treating their customers this way they won’t have to worry about these surveys because they won’t have any customers to take them. I am very disappointed in Pandora as a whole because of this store.

I stood out side for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Because there were 12 associates in the store, so they can only let 2 people in. I have a cold now thanks.

I received a necklace for my 50th birthday, and I already had it. I just wanted to exchange for a different color and pay difference. 30 days had went by, due to the purchase date and date given to me. U am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in your 30 day return policy, especially during COVID!!!! I bought so many pandora gifts for Christmas and now my family will not be able to exchange for different sizes!!! Just beyond unacceptable!!

There were 2 customers and 2 sale people in the store. I waited outside in the cold, with my 2 year old daughter, and another customer for more than 10 minutes. All I needed to do was make a return. The 2 customers inside were browsing for a long time. The sales associate should have had us stand inside the roped off foyer area. She also could have did my return while the customers were browsing. The service was poor and this method of servicing customers can decrease sales for pandora. People will probably walk off if it's really cold outside. I understand keeping the numbers low in store, but two guest is ridiculous. Especially, since there are ropes at the front door 1-2 guest can stand inside and still social distance. Catalogues can be given out for faster browsing also.

I was completely satisfied with my Pandora Experience. I had ordered online to pick up in store, but my Pandora Account has a different name than listed on my license so I wasn't able to pick up the order. The associate helped me to just purchase the items in store and cancel the online order, which actually helped me pick a better fitting bracelet - so really, the "issue" worked out very much in my favor! I was in no way dissatisfied, and I hate to refer to it as a "problem" but for the fact that I wanted to be able to tell you how beautifully smoothly everything was handled! Not to mention that despite it taking a few extra minutes, I actually appreciate that level of security, it is comforting to know that Pandora takes so seriously making sure that the right person gets what they paid for and that not just anybody can walk in and pick up things I paid for - so thank you!

No friendly trying to sell us a necklace that was black in places and you dont clean jewelry like you use too no more looking brand new

The bracelet Broke within two hours of arrival would have rather had My Money back .. but due to Pandora policy .. purchase was within 7 days .. just Awful .. Will NEVER purchase Pandora and Will let Everyone of My Friends and Associates to NEVER purchase Pandora

Sales person was rude, as if it was to much trouble to answer my questions or look for what i was asking for. Finally did after my insistence and they had what i was looking for. This was my first visit to Pandora and most likely my last.

Your ridiculous company has sent me over 100 emails in the last 18 hours. I find it. Absolutely absurd That I have received all of these emails because feed back is wanted!
