I realize you have a sale but you have two girls working And about 15 people waiting to get help. Then you’d have a girl tells you the wait is 12 minutes when was actually 45 minutes. Finally, I never got a receipt and I’ve been trying to call for over a day and a half and the line has been disconnected. So you can see him obviously very upset. The sale was wonderful but the store is not worth me returning.

Waited an hour and a half for a sales associate. Purchased 2 items - a pendant and a pandora rose charm. When I got home and tried to put the charm on my bracelet it would not go on. Looks like the hole to thread on the bracelet must be made too small. Will be going back to the store when this sale going on is over. Ridiculous the amount of wait time for help. Were only 3 associates for the store full of people waiting.

I went to shop for several charms but sales associate wasn't too friendly ,didn't ever try to ask what I was looking for or recommended something similar so I end up purchasing only one charm .I will think twice if I have to shop at the same store.

Extremely rude pushy sales associate that was ONLY concerned with trying to make a bigger sale. Let me guess, they make comission??

Alyssa R #106167 was very unhelpful. She couldn't locate my name with proof of purchase in system. I gave her my Pandora preferred customer card to look it up and everything. Maybe if she would of got off the phone while dealing with a live customer she could of focused. So she said send it back to Pandora, bracelet broke and only 2 months old, or go find the receipt. I said oh no I will go home and get the receipt. Traffic was a nightmare to get home and back. She never even called over a manager. Very dissatisfied with the service at this store. I go in frequently and now I will never return! Ever since they kept pushing me at that store to get the preferred customer card I have had nothing but crappy service. This salesperson should be supervised and talked too. When I came back with receipt she was just leaving. Her manager had helped and apologized and my info came up with no issues! Unbelievable and a lot of hassle.

I was so disappointed in the Manager that helped me. I had a return. The Manager told me I could only get a gift card with the gift receipt, I purchase a good amount of pandora Jewelry online and in store. Yes I was surprised by the fact of Pandora’s return policy. I usually do not return items. I asked the manager how long the wait was because I was on my lunch hour, she responded not long but proceeded to say it kind of early for lunch, it’s was around 11:00am. I start work at 5am, what business is it of hers when I take my lunch hour. Also when I told her I was going to email customer service about the policy she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me! Sales associate was rude and did not want to show me any charms. There was a fall special and I wanted to see the charms and she would not show me them because they were not all in the same place. I felt like I was being rushed along and this lady did not want to do her job at all. I will be calling the manager.
