There was not a long wait before being serviced. Alexia was friendly and she knew stock selection and brought charms I was interested quickly. She was helpful to let me try on a chain in front of a mirror repeatedly before I decided whether to get it or not.

Sales assistant was very professional, patient. My 12 year old son was looking for a small gift for his first girlfriend (have to teach them at a young age how to treat those you care for correctly) and she was very sweet and patient.
