I had a mail order that wasn't quite right for me , I went to Pandora store and was pleased how easy and nice associates where in exchange and helping me find something that would work better for me

I was able to find what I wanted very quickly, the prices are a little to high for some of the charms so I look at the sales charms as well

The sales clerk was very helpful in my choice of service

Great customer service and selection

I had to make an exchange of the free gift that I had ordered with the purchase. The free gift bracelet was too small. The store was all out of the bracelet, however they offered me a substitution to honor my purchase. They were very helpful and courteous. The line was very long because it was the day before Mother's Day, but it was moving swiftly and the staff was amazing.

The associate that helped my daughter and I was very friendly and had patience. She gave us some information about the pandora charms and bracelets that no other associate had even mention before.

The customer service was excellent the cashier was so friendly and patient she took time for me to make my decision on my selections it was a great experience

I was able to get an exchange on my order and walked out with a brand new bracelet and charm! Thank so Cynthia @ Patridge Creek she’s a god send!

Cynthia was very warm and welcoming, listened to exactly what I was asking about, and provided even more than what I asked. Further, she and another associate addressed others who came in while she worked with me, and let them know she would be with them which was nice to hear, and got their name for personalized service.
