The sales team was very good at keeping the traffic flow moving and stay positive with all the costumers. They handle customers that were not listening to the rules very professional, so that the people in line would get there turn in order.

Bridget provided fast and friendly service even with the store being busy. She didn't rush me and she gave me lots of time to ask questions and make my choice without feeling as if I was a bother. She was very sweet.

I was extremely/highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because I was greeted from the moment I walked in the doors, to being asked right away if I needed anything.

When I walked in the store was busy. I was greeted and helped with no waiting. That is so important to me. When I go into a store I know exactly what I want and I expect the store to have what I want. I looked online at what I wanted to purchase and went to the store to get it. The store had everything and then some of what I wanted. Although they did not have the crown charm that was pictured on the wall. Which I was sad about but! I did not go to the store for that charm so I can't be too mad. I have been to this store numerous times and have always been treated as an appreciated shopper. Alexia knew exactly where everything was I wanted. She offered other products I ended up spending more money than I wanted to because she was so nice and to get the bracelet for free.
