The sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions. She was very helpful she also helped me buy a gift by using my wife’s email.

The wait was a little long but I understood why and I was welcomed when I walked in. Customer service was really nice friendly and patient with my concerns.

I am completely satisfied because the selection of merchandise is great and I was able to get my granddaughter a free bracelet to go with the ring that she wanted for her birthday. The exchange for a different size ring was hassle free.

I purchased a ring in March and lost the stone. I brought in my ring and receipt since the ring wasn’t even a month old. I was given a new ring and the sales person was very kind and understanding.

I went in and had my bracelets and charms cleaned and I also purchased a cleaning kit for home.
