When we arrived we were taken to an associate right away. The associate was very friendly to my son. And she was able to replace a charm on the bracelet that looked better.

My sales associate was very nice. But I had to wait to get inside the store luckily it wasn’t long. And she wasn’t upset about any of my requests or changing my mind.

Great Customer service. The sales associate recommended some great things for new and old items. I felt she wasn't just trying to make a sale she figured out my style and gave me her opinion.

My sales associate was polite and patient. She also was very friendly. She made suggestions and took the time to figure out my reason for being there. At one point, even the other associates we friendly and kind to me. They all helped me make my decision easier.
