I went into the store just to browse/window shop. While I was browsing, I found a pair of earrings that I loved. The associate that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable and I decided to buy them.

there was no line I wanted to drop off my jewelry to be cleaned and they said I had to wait. I was late to my lunch - said that was a new rule. Doesn't make sense to me. Gold is way expensive. Was thinking of buying a gold bracelet.

My sales agent Ms Cynithia and the other two young ladies just made me feel this NEW location was a great choice ♡. I lost my fiance 12/29/21 tomorrow being just one month since I lost him. I wanted to get this charm in his honor. Because I seen one I liked online when I got to the store and seen another. I loved that's the one I had to have.
