Alley was very helpful with doing my exchange and she was quick and provided friendly service. I went to the Rochester store and realized after the fact that the charm on the bracelet was incorrect so I went to partridge creek store and alley was happy to help me get the charms I wanted for the bracelet. Very happy with my experience.

Once in the store the service was great. The sales person was extremely helpful and friendly. My only issue was the 45 mins I had to wait outside in the very cold weather.

Store was super clean. All 5 girls working were friendly and helpful. It did suck having to wait outside in the cold to get in but it was expected because so many many are short staff. Nonetheless, they had so many selections it was hard to not leave with a bunch of charms!
