2 or 3 things from my online order were not available, so my entire order of 16 items was canceled. Which was VERY upsetting, but the wonderful manager from partridge creek named Amber L. Helped me reorder everything and had some other items I wanted to purchase. I am so grateful to Amber L. For all of her help.

My sales person was Antoinette, she was very helpful and informative. She was about the same age as my daughter which help me pick up what I could buy for my daughter she would show me what to get.

The service was excellent. The salesperson was very helpful because she had great knowledge of all the stores products. The speed of checking out was fast too.

Alley was incredibly nice and handled my situation very quickly and with ease. the store was beyond clean and covid safety measures were taken.

The young ladies were well dressed, cheerie, and thoughtful. They cleaned the counters after each customer. They seemed to know exactly where each bangle was. The manager Cynthia was extremely patient with me as I was trying to find the perfect gift for my sisters 30th birthday. She helped put the bracelet together and even offered a suggestion to purchase a clip for the protection of the charms not falling off. On top of her professionalism, she was very kind and charismatic.
