I came in with an idea of what I wanted and once I saw it in person I didn't like it. I was shown charms that were just my style and l purchased 2 of them. I was asked what color I like and that was all she needed to know. Amazing.

I ordered a purchase online, but yes main charm wasn't available at my pickup store. When I arrived to get my purchase and Kayla asked if the globe was available. It was so she ask to hold the charm until it was time for me to enter the store.

Let me start with a soon as I opened the door I was greeted with hello's and smiles. My sales person Lex was amazing she was friendly and knew everything about the items..I went for too necklaces and ended up spending over a $1000..I just wish I could've caught a sale. I will be going back for Black Friday.
