store clerk was helpful and explained everything to us for being new PANDORA users.

The sales associate was friendly. The store was clean and friendly and knowledgeable. I wish there was more of the older charms but that’s not the issue. It was overall a good experience.

Alley was very nice and tried really hard to help me.

I purchased a dangling charm for my sister and it broke. I asked what the policy was on broken charms and was told I need the peaces to be able to take care of the issue...this is crazy the charm was bought this year and because it was dangling it fell off this is not good service because of how much your charms cost they should be a better quality 🤨 I love most of my pandora stuff and shop here often but now i might have to rethink this!

Associates are very helpful and know the product line very well. We were able to get something that replaced a discontinued product and are very happy with the newer product.

The salesperson, Maha, was very helpful. She pulled out a number of trays for me to select from based on what I told her. She also offered for me to open a charge and save 10%.
