I thought the two ladies who waited on me were exceptional. I went in for a charm representing cancer survivor. They helped me choose one but their conversation were so personal to me. We talked for a long time. I left feeling positive and greatful.

It was my first time purchasing from Pandora. The sales associates were so friendly and helpful. No question was too silly to ask, I felt comfortable asking if the product scratches easily and I was informed that the one associate has had charms for over 10 years and they still look pretty new. I definitely will be back to purchase more items For the rest of my family and friends

I purchased a bracelet and it came apart, I had the receipt and box that it came in and they exchanged with no hesitation. Very pleased as it was a purchase for my granddaughter for Christmas, however she does not live close to me while attending college. On Spring break she was home and I took it back with no problems. I was looking for a mixed metal charm that was gold And silver. As you can imagine, there are multiple on various trays. She went through each tray and based on my interests showed me many different options, but also shared there would be more Disney 100 anniversary charms coming out, which would also be what I may like. She helped me make the best informed decision for me, as well as A charm for my grandmothers birthday! Much appreciated.
