Wonderful experience! I visited two Pandora stores on Friday 23rd July. The customers experience was great at both stores! We were helped by Jessica at the Somerset mall and she was very patient and nice. In the afternoon we stopped by at the Partridge creek branch where Amber helped us. We ended up spending more than 45 mins picking charms for my Mom. She was so patient that we didn’t realize how much time had passed. I am very grateful for the good service I received. It is rare to receive such similarly high standards of service at two different branches of the same store. Great job, Pandora.
